Susan and Simon were simply amazing. They responded to every single communication and question we had over the 4 week period - quickly and helpfully. As we were suffering from a lot of stress which was not just due to the sale of our apartment in a Buyer's market, they were incredibly sympathetic and empathetic. They never applied any pressure whatsoever for us to make any decision relating to the sale. Even when it looked like it wouldn't go through, they said "that's fine", despite all the work and effort they had put in to sell our apartment. As someone whose career was devoted to assisting companies to improve their customer service, I couldn't fault Simon and Susan's service - 10 out of 10!
