Outstanding development and communication

This is the second house we have sold with Simon. We dealt with him very earlier in his Real Estate career. We were happy with him back then, however the development and insight he now has is incredible. It feels like he has been doing it for 30 years. We had some curly issues with our sale this time around and his ability to put these complicated issues into simple to understand terms was extremely helpful. I will never hesitate to use him again or to recommend him.
