I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Shontelle’s communication was amazing, always so fast, clear and efficient. Any questions I had were answered incredibly quickly, and I always felt well informed throughout the whole process. Really appreciated how friendly and approachable she was. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she made everything feel so easy and stress-free. She is genuinely lovely to deal with, and I truly felt that she cared.
