This is our second experience with shontelle and this time she has again knocked it out of the park. Shontelle is professional, has great communication and a knack for going over and above for everybody involved. Shontelle made the buying experience easy and stress free.

Shontelle's work ethic and the extra support given to work through the Real Estate process, which is unfamiliar to many of us, was very much appreciated. Shontelle explained each step as needed and her communication style perfectly suited my needs. The care and sensitivity given as I worked through the emotions and stressors of selling a much loved, long time, family home as the Estate Executor, appeared effortless which is a clear sign of Shontelle's experience. A special thank you to Susie who helped out and gave extra support. I am grateful to you both and can highly recommend these ladies to any future vendors.

Shontelle was fantastic to work with in buying one of her listings. Went above and beyond to recommend an insurance company due to some challenges. Would definitely recommend Shontelle if you are looking to sell

Shontelle is a tried and tested agent for us. Again she has delivered on countless fronts, remaining enthusiastic throughout whilst working through all facets with the utmost professionalism and integrity. Shontelle provided strong support with a consistent positivity whilst embracing an owner driven campaign. She was knowledgeable and understanding of market and market conditions; all feedback was provided with fairness without compromise. Again, top notch, thank you Shontelle.

I would recommend Shontelle to anyone looking to buy first home from a first home buyers experience. Everything was easy and basically stress free. Nothing is difficult and even though I felt like we weren't going to be able to make the sale happen Shontelle stuck with me and some how we pulled it off. Very very happy. Thankyou again

Shontelle was recommended to us as a person of integrity and this proved to be indeed accurate . She was understanding and supportive as we navigated the types of properties we considered. Being a very stressful time with many decisions to make we felt she was always working for our best interests. We were grateful for her market knowledge and professionalism. We highly recommend Shontelle in her line of work.

Both Kristy & I are extremely happy with Shontelle’s professionalism & patience in every part of looking for new home for us. From start to finish Shontelle is very easy to communicate with & comfortably worked with us personally in finding the exact house we where looking for, we are sincerely grateful for the experience & we look forward to the next purchase with her :)

Shontelle’s specific knowledge of the market and area was key to the sale. The rural nature of our property required local access and knowledge to sell it successfully. Our agent was realistic about the conditions of our property and the steps we needed to get a good price. Her advice was bang on. Shontelle guided us through the offer process especially as we needed many signatures from multiple owners spread over a distance. I would recommend her to other sellers.

Shontelle was brilliant to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and very diligent. She walked us through every step of selling process and made what could have been an extremely stressful situation less stressful. Shontelle has amazing customer contact skills, excellent communication skills and was a breath of fresh air. She goes above and beyond expectation. If you are looking at selling a house, Shontelle is your go to. Thanks for getting a good price for us Shontelle and we will catch up when we are next in town.

Shontelle is a pleasure to work with. She was a great asset for both the sellers and me (the buyer) . The situation was a bit tricky, but she handled it all with loads of positive professionalism. She's very easy to communicate with and clearly wants the best outcome for all parties involved.

Would totally recommend Shontelle to anyone buying or selling, Shontelle was very professional and knowledgeable, would listen to the vendor and give good directions to what would make a sale happen, Shontelle is a happy and friendly agent, a pleasure to work with. Thanks

Awesome response to view property and take purchase over the line highly recommend to all
