My wife an i had the pleasure of dealing with Shona when we purchased a house to relocate. Different from your normal sale as there was no land involved and the house needed a crane to lift over the 8m hedge. Shona handled this very unusual sale and conditions well, being extremely helpful and flexible with good communication the whole way through the process.
