My wife an i had the pleasure of dealing with Shona when we purchased a house to relocate. Different from your normal sale as there was no land involved and the house needed a crane to lift over the 8m hedge. Shona handled this very unusual sale and conditions well, being extremely helpful and flexible with good communication the whole way through the process. It was a great experience working with Shona. She made the process smooth and comfortable. She is very welcoming with a smiling face and very professional at the same time. She was polite at all times. She also arranged the property viewing for us other than scheduled open homes. She is also good at communicating buyers concerns to the property owners.
