Shobit brings a strong business focus to real estate having previously worked as a lending business manager in a successful residential lending brokerage. Part of his role was to ensure the safe passage of his clients’ real estate journeys, a skill that transitions incredibly well into the property industry.
One of Shobit’s key strengths is building long lasting relationships. He takes great pride in the fact that people are willing to trust him with their most valuable asset and it’s something he considers a true privilege and an honour. This sees Shobit do his utmost to achieve a great outcome, a key part of which is ensuring he is available whenever his clients need him. Swift in action and succinct in response, Shobit’s clients will always enjoy an efficient and highly personal service.

Outside of work Shobit can be found working out at the gym and enjoying evening walks in Cornwall Park. He also loves his racquet sports playing badminton and tennis. Family is important to Shobit and he prioritises spending quality time with the people who matter to him the most.
Shobit specialises in residential property and is based out of our One Tree Hill office. He is known for his infectious laugh and sense of humour, which makes any property journey an incredibly enjoyable experience for his clients.
