As a older widower without a lot of knowledge, sheryn was helpful, patient and very kind. She explained every detail along the way in words I understood. The extra work she did with my home as I had moved to Australia, she watered my plants, dusted where necessary and many more little jobs above and beyond. Those little things meant so much. She telephoned me on a regular basis with updates her sincerity and friendliness went a long way to easing my stress. I can't recommend her enough to anyone wanting to sell.
