Right from the day we bought our property as an investment, Sheryl was someone we knew we could trust. As we were from out of town, Sheryl introduced us to many of the trades we needed and periodically checked in on the property. When it came time to sell agan, the decision to use her again was very simple and, true to form, she also arranged to get the little things done that were needed to allow us to present the property in it best condition. If I could give 6 stars I would!
