Good experience - we felt that the original pricing guidelines that CRE gave us were too high - way above your opposition - but not knowing any better, we ran with your advice. The property stagnated somewhat until after some time it became apparent that the target figure was too high. Also felt that signage was poor, but this is as compared to that offered by agents in Hamilton. But we got an eventual sale - all is well that ends well - many thanks.
