Sherry was dealing with a unique house and interesting timing with Christmas and the summer break. She was committed to running open homes during this period and didn’t relent despite a lack of serious interest. A offer was received with conditions and despite there being a contract in place she continued to push the property and run open homes and was able to obtain further offers on our property.
