Sherry was asked toslong with other agents to give us feed back and potentially market property. sherry actually had a client whose sale had fallen over and needed something in 10 days . i wasnt living at property or in communication with x. sherry did nothing in our intetests, including putting gorward an offer which was not in our interest but knowing our situation/ (separation and court ) only ficused on getting the buyer best deal . i asked what the fee was she said 295, yes 295. , not 2.95%or $18.000. just 295. i fugured becase ni work marketing advertising nothing just a 15 min viewing. when i signed and asked again she replies $18.000. shes sneaky. she wad banging in about the house needed oainting , and in a few years yes , ciioke if bubbles we started to sort but never once ssid hey offer is bit lie etc etc . would never recommend her.
We originally bought the unit from Sherry a couple of years ago. We liked dealing with her, so she was our first person to contact when wanting to sell. Both Sherry & Warren came to see me about selling our rental property 3rd April and answered all our questions, supplied pamphlets, had quote for selling the property and both were very friendly. They did warn me that house sales had slowed up over the past months. First of about 6 weekly opens homes was at the end of April, on a Sunday, and I received a report on the Monday. Any emails and/or text messages questions we had were answered very promptly. Within six weeks we had two offers to choose from and on 7th July we had an unconditional sale.
