Although a unique property Shelley took on the job of marketing it full of enthusiasm. She marketed it relentlessly for four months although the eventual buyer was found within two weeks. Circumstances beyond her control meant that the eventual sale price was less than hoped but in a difficult market was, I guess, to be expected. Nothing got past Shelley and nothing went unreported to me, the vendor. In what can be a challenging profession Shelley is one of the best.
