We have no complaints about Shelley. She was great to deal with, treated us with respect but was also friendly and down-to-earth. All questions were answered promptly and clearly, and all additional requests were followed-through. She was more than happy to help us rookie buyers through the process and never made us feel like a hassle. Shelley will forever be a lovely part of our first home purchase memories!!
Shelley was our agent, not only did Shelley keep us updated with all information she also kept us in focus! as a first time seller this is what we needed. We didn't get the desired amount for the house however this is where the market was at. We were also fortunate to have little extras to help sell our home at no extra charge. Was a welcoming atmosphere, I didn't feel neglected due to my age and was treated fairly, Shelly helped me throughout the process and made every step of this journey enjoyable
