We met Shelley through a listing we were interested in and eventually purchased. Shelley was consistent with her manner, communication style and responsiveness throughout the process. We found her style to be that of a facilitator between vendor and potential buyer, whereby she made everything available that we needed, including her time and all of our requests for information and documentation were acted on quickly with no fuss. She acted as a direct conduit between us and the vendor, without influencing the process unduly. Our viewing time was tight as we were leaving the country quite soon after first coming across the listing. Shelley never put us under pressure to make a decision, and allowed us to view the property at our leisure without interruption, while still being available if needed.
