Our house became quite a hard house to sell because of the cladding used on the outside of the house. Shellene remained hugely positive all through and kept working extremely hard to keep buyers who showed interest, interested by following up and gaining their feedback. The price was less than we hoped for but there was really nothing that could be done about that with regards to the housing market and what the banks were willing to lend or not lend.
