Sheanagh Coming from a background in photography, I have an eye for detail and flair for creative marketing. I worked for several well-known photographic labs in Auckland before going overseas on my OE, which is where I met Steve! Since returning to Howick, I have focused my energy on becoming involved in my local community and from 2001 to 2010, served as an elected member of the Howick Community Board. I enjoyed finding resolutions for many public issues, as well as advocating to the local council. This work gave me a great insight into my immediate area and an understanding of the residents who live there. I also enjoyed my other community-focused role, a homecare assistant aiding elderly residents. Steve From an early age, I knew that sales was for me. Owning a successful engineering business and working with international communication companies, running teams and growing business accounts in New Zealand, was hugely rewarding. Also, communication and marketing was a fundamental part of my development and assisted me in setting up strong client relationships. It was clear that becoming a market leader could be achieved by offering a level of service that clients deserve, bringing repeat business and referrals. I have nothing but praise for the way that Sheanagh and Steve handled the sale of my property in Nelson Street recently. Right from the off I had every faith in them that I could simply leave them to get on with it! Regular catch-up meetings were arranged to discuss progress, also advice/reporting back from open home interjections with "groups" which I found to be quite beneficial.
