When I was looking at houses online, I requested more information on 3 houses from 3 different R&H agents. Only Shayne responded, so he was my choice when wanting to view houses. I know that the agent represents the vendor, but when I asked about an EQC claim he was quick to show where, and provided full documentation on it. He was efficient when dealing with the purchase agreement, and helpful in providing a list of building inspectors (and someone to mow the lawns). Overall he was friendly but not pushy, knew his stuff, and professional.
