Upon deciding to view a listing Shayne had he quickly arranged an appointment time to suit both parties. Throughout the viewing Shayne was on hand to answer any queries I had but also importantly distant enough to allow me to view without undue pressure and under no rush. Shayne did mention any known minor issues/problems that would of come up on subsequent reports but being told on site takes the surprise out of the equation. After deciding to place an offer for the property Shayne was very meticulous in going through all the associated legal paperwork. The actual price negotiation went as expected with a bit of back and forth but a result achieved. I am happy with the price I paid, would I have liked it to be less Yes naturally but I also know Shayne is being paid by the seller so obviously must get them maximum dollars. After settling the deal Shayne was also helpful in arranging a private meeting between myself and the seller, who was also full of praise for his honest efforts. Having never used Shayne as an agent before I was impressed enough to give him the responsibility of selling my property, which he was successful in doing All in all a great result for all involved
When I contacted Shayne to market the sale of my house he was promptly on the case . After the initial conversation regarding my expectations and viewing the house he returned with a detailed marketing plan. This covered details of houses similar to mine on the market in my area, houses that had recently sold in my area and importantly a plan on how the house was to be marketed and the associated costs involved (which incidentally were better than opposition companies) Throughout the sales process Shayne was great at keeping me informed of what was happening, after each open home he would txt me to let me how many groups had been through and follow this up with a call later in the week with their feedback. Obviously as I'm writing this review Shayne was successful in selling my house at a price I was happy with. Over the years I have bought and sold a number of houses and as such I would have no hesitation in recommending Shayne as a sales agent who can offer a very profession service backed up with great communication (an important skill but sadly often over looked)
