Shaun was an excellent agent to use to sell our Hobsonville point apartment. He lives in the area so knew all the good selling points and was close by if anyone needed to view the apartment on separate days to the open home. Shaun was great at communicating, constantly updating us and keeping us in the loop, making sure we were happy with how everything was going. I feel like Shaun went above and beyond for us. We don't live in Auckland, and he offered to do the last house inspection for our last tenants on behalf of me. He was also there to check our apartment for us when a random alarm was going off.
