Sharon was amazing right from the outset. The journey to finding Winton St had been over 6 months and when I sent the link to Sharon she jumped on straight away. There was some issues with the listing agent however Sharon let nothing get in the way of securing the property and in my previous experience most agent drop you at unconditional however 1 month post settlement Sharon has checked in with us. Sharon clearly has a wealth of sound knowledge and experience when it comes to buying and selling houses in Christchurch. My experience with her has been an overall great outcome, at times impressed with her intricate knowledge of the moment. From selecting the right builder to conduct inspections based on house type, to method(s) of sale and timing of sale, She had a plan A and a plan B ready to go, understanding the importance of all of the little things which add up to the overall outcome. throughout the sale campaign, I was thoroughly impressed with her attentiveness to both the buyer(s) and seller at various points of the sale process, anticipating moments and having backup plans ready to go, ready to seize the moment, which is exactly what I wanted as the seller, who needed an outcome. My only piece of feedback to Sharon is that she is so well versed in the real estate industry, some times she forgets she is working with people (me) who only understand about a 1/6 of how a house is sold. Therefore at times it proved hard to understand exactly what she meant and why it was important, as it usually related to a detailed understanding of the various elements required to sell a house (contracts, clauses, timing, implications etc). Luckily for me, she was very open to questions, and helping me understand the importance of the "moment". I would encourage Sharon to find ways to make the seller fell more apart of the team, by being aware that not everyone understands the buying and selling process so thoroughly.
