Sharon got an after school job to service her share when her family collectively bought their first holiday home in Whangamata; a kiwi bach on a full site in Barbara Ave for $16,000. Fast forward to 1986 and Whangamata became home when she and husband Richard became locals, started Laurenson Electrical Ltd and went on to raise their three children. Sharon had a close association with Whangamata Real Estate right from those early days so it was a natural choice when she became a qualified salesperson and started selling real estate back in 2000. Sharon has a very thorough knowledge of the property market. With proven results in listing, marketing and selling property, Sharon has consistently been the Company Top Listing Agent, Selling Agent or Runner Up since 2002.
