Sharon was very professional and listened to what we had to say. E.g. the scheduling viewings at a time that suited us. Guiding us and supporting us in the process to selling our house. Knowledgeable as in she sold this house within 4 weeks after recommending an auction which we were not that keen on. But explained that you ended up with a cash buyer at the auction which we needed as we had already purchased another house. Sharon acted as an intermediary between us and the buyer keeping the auction process running smoothly and calmly. Before the auction Sharon spent time a couple of days before talking us thru the process again and making sure that we had discussed how the auction would go and at any stage ask questions of her about the process and that we were in control about price etc if it stayed under our reserve. Sharon's handling of the whole process and along with a good outcome has allowed us to move on and we have enjoyed working with her and her team.
