It's a difficult decision sometimes to sell a house. It's a home with memories and character and may carry a great deal of emotional attachment. The sale isn't just a simple business transaction. Yes, it will require a sales agent, and at times, a talent greater than that. Sharon is an astute business woman, professional, knowledgeable and expert at what she does. From my first meeting with Sharon she displayed all the qualities I wanted in a real estate agent, this being the first time I had sold a house. Her advice in setting up a marketing proposal was very comprehensive, including how to obtain the best out of the advertising strategy. This was where her wide knowledge of real estate was invaluable. Her estimate of the top price I could expect was just about spot on !! There was never any pressure on how soon the property should be listed. But once we agreed on a plan, events just moved along at a great pace. In fact it took just exactly two weeks from the first open home to the date of offers closing and one being accepted. Something I had never dreamed would happen so quickly. The photographers she used produced some stunning images, especially the drone footage.That is something I would recommend to any would-be sellers.
