It was my first time selling a house plus I was a remote landlord, the relationship also broke down between myself and my tenant, so a very stressful time for me. However Sharon was very supportive throughout - assisting in person whenever possible, providing good advice and market justification on updates and changes as we went, looking out for my needs in negotiations when offers came in.
