Proactive and uses initiative

Sharon was incredibly proactive and showed initiative when it was needed. Weekends did not exist, they were just another opportunity to keep on top of things. We were particularly appreciative of Sharon's effort to solve comlpicated problems regarding putting an offer on a house, then needing to sell our house in a short space of time to beat the potential competition. Well done Sharon.
