We approached Sharon on a recent visit to Wanaka and 1 week later we were homeowners! We had initially asked to view a couple of houses that we liked the look of, however, Sharon listened to our criteria and showed us a few other places. It was one of these other houses that we ended up buying! We felt that Sharon went out of her way to proactively help our search, showing us a range of different options yet not pressurizing us to make any decisions. Her knowledge of the local market is exceptional and was a great help throughout the process - she drove us around various parts of Wanaka on 3 separate occasions, sharing knowledge of the neighbourhoods. During negotiations Sharon drove around to where we were staying to get the contracts drawn up at 9pm and then over to the vendors to do same - we were impressed by this proactivity and work ethic. Sharon's team were efficient during the process with handling of the contracts and communication in general. Overall a flawless experience.

We couldn’t have asked for a fantastic result from a fantastic team. Selling or purchasing property is not easy. However Sharon, Scott and team were there to guide us through the twists and turns and they did so professionally but with a relaxed attitude. Nothing was a problem.
