Sharni was very good with communication through out, very welcoming and friendly the first moment we stepped in the door of the open homes that we attended. Sharni was very professional, when she said she would ring or txt us back she always would and she worked with us very well negotiating the price. She also was very good at talking us through the process, as it being our first home it was all very daunting and a lot to get our heads around.
