Communication all the way!

Sharlene was incredibly helpful during the process of purchasing our house! She was always impecable, professional and able to help work through any questions or issues pre settlement. Sharlene's vendors had a tight timeline and we were conditional on selling our house which added pressure to all the parties but that never showed and she was always the voice of reason and calm. She always had her vendors front of mind but as the purchasers of the property we never felt pressured and always kept us in the loop.
