Sharine has a great knowledge/experience of the (local) market, and she was able to use this to give good advice in preparation for the marketing and sale. She understood our situation (as joint owners/sellers) and communicated well with each and all of us. Very professional. Attendance at the open homes, and also the following up of the prospective buyers was well documented, and she seemed to encourage and assist them in readiness for the auction - as demonstrated by the number of bidders who showed up at auction. A great result followed. She remained committed to the end with final viewing, and handing over of keys.
