Shari makes selling the house easy, she is accessible for questions and has been incredibly helpful in getting the house 'up-to'scratch'. She is easily reachable and has a full commitment in making the sell happen at a fair price. I am hoping that she will be able to change some things I wasn't happy with Tremains from the inside with her charisma and wits. The 5* rating is for Shari with her immense commitment she has shown. Plenty of room for Tremains to improve, but as its my 1st house sale in NZ I have nothing to compare it with.
