Shari was absolutely awesome!

Shari was incredibly helpful, explaining things patiently over and over to me. She really knows her stuff and not only gave me accurate information, but anticipated questions I didn’t even know to ask. From the very first, she made what would have been an overwhelming process for me, much less stressful. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and never pushed me toward anything that wasn’t right. She always answered my calls quickly and reassured me through the whole process. She went above and beyond— organising repairs, easing my mind, and sharing my happiness when it all came through. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. She's still in touch to make sure I've got everything I said I wanted sorted. I can’t recommend her highly enough!
