Shar is very enthusiastic at her roll. She is motivated to sell properties. We are very happy with all the background knowledge of the sale process. Comparing our property with like ones to get a price set, then to have that price realized, we could see that her home work had been done well. Shar was a bit unwell during the sale process and we were able to still carry on because she could still hand over to another person on the sales team where appropriate, but was still doing work from the phone at home. Shar is very committed to her job.
