Shanthi and I worked together on a recent property purchase I made and I cannot recommend her services highly enough. She was efficient, organised, a clear communicator and crucially; 100 % honest and trustworthy with me throughout the whole process. Working with Shanthi to find and purchase my property was more like having a buyers advocate in my corner as opposed to a listing agent! She organised multiple open home inspections with various agents which enabled us to attend several properties back-to-back on evenings or weekends which was a really efficient use of our time. Shanthi even attended some open homes on my behalf when I was unable to attend personally. I felt like she listened to my feedback on the strengths and weaknesses of the properties we viewed and after forming a picture of what I was looking for, she quickly began showing me options catered well to my specific needs, in fact, the house I ended up purchasing was one of her suggestions! I came to trust and rely on Shanthi's advice and as a solo buyer it was great having someone to bounce ideas off and discuss the various properties together. I'm very happy with my new house and would certainly contact Shanthi if I was considering either selling or purchasing property in the future.
