Wow... what a result on Friday! Just a quick note to say a "big thanks" to you and Julie, (dynamic duo) you are a formidable pair and we enjoyed working with you both, not forgetting Craig the auctioneer, what a guy!. We understand nothing is easy but working with you both certainly made the process run very smoothly. Plenty of communications and updates helped us understand were we where and heading. From Lili and myself a big many thanks once again. kind regards Nick & Lili

I bought two properties through Shanthi. A thorough professional with great knowledge and understanding of the Auckland house market . Very prompt in response. She is very helpful and always willing to show properties with a positive attitude . Shanthi was very helpful through the entire process from viewing to house inspection and final possession of house keys.I recommend her to all who are new to the property market
