Shannon was absolutely incredible to deal with from start to finish. She went above and beyond at every step of the process including working after hours on her birthday (which we only found out after the fact) to ensure all the paperwork was signed off. That dedication ultimately got us over the line and into our forever home. There were several other moments where Shannon exceeded anything I could have possibly expected from a real estate agent. Her commitment, care, and genuine support made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable and reassuring.
