Shannon is a great agent - I am very glad I went with my intuition after my initial enquiries with several other agencies. She is honest, highly ethical, and realistic, and was able to secure a multi-offer for my property in a crowded marketplace, within a relatively short amount of time. She was always responsive, patient and courteous, even when I was stressed! I'd definitely ask her to sell any future properties and will recommend her to friends. She definitely got the job done and is highly competent.
