Shannan made selling my first home from afar seamless - couldn't recommend her more!

This year things came full circle after buying my first home through Shannan five years ago, when she sold it for me in April this year! Shannan made the process of selling my home whilst living in another region seamless as could be. She regularly updated me, calmed my worrying mind, worked in with my tenants at the time and went over and above. She was great at providing guidance on a realistic price point from the get-go. When timing became important Shannan made it happen and sold my house under 2 months from listing to sale. The sale ensured we could move on to our next chapter of buying in the Waikato.
