Review for Shane Robinson – Team Robinson We were very happy with Shane and the Team Robinson team throughout the sale of our property at 10 Derby Street, Green Island. Shane was extremely approachable, efficient and always available when we needed him. Calls and messages were returned promptly, and we genuinely felt that he went above and beyond what we would normally expect from an agent. He was incredibly obliging, even helping to organise tradespeople to take care of some of the smaller jobs around the property, which made the whole process much easier for us. Shane worked hard to get the property marketed and sold within a relatively short timeframe, and we always felt that he was doing everything he could to achieve a successful result. The only aspect of the process that caused us some concern was the timing of the conditions on our sale in relation to the property we were purchasing. This may in part have been due to our own naivety around the process, but we were relying on the professionals involved, including our agents, to help ensure that the important dates aligned and that we weren’t left exposed. Unfortunately, the dates didn’t line up as well as we had expected, which created a fairly stressful few days and meant we needed to seek an extension from the vendors of the property we were buying. In hindsight, we would have appreciated a little more guidance and coordination around this part of the process. That aside, our overall experience with Shane and Team Robinson was extremely positive. Shane was professional, personable, hardworking and prepared to go the extra mile to get things done. We would certainly be happy to recommend him to others looking to sell their property.
