She got us over the line in our first viewing! Shane kept regular communication with us before we put an offer in and was very clear in his negotiations and expectations leading up to signing the deal. But is was post deal that Shane showed is true professionalism. He kept us updated on progress and was friendly and helpful with any issues that we had. A simple easy process that went without any issues

We brought under difficult circumstances over the Christmas/new year time. Due to holidays etc communication poved difficult but we eventually got there. I found Shane easy to talk to - he was helpful.
