From Dreaming to Property Investors !

We randomly came across Shane through a property he posted on social media and honestly that one call changed everything for us. From the very first conversation he took the time to really understand our situation, not just what we were looking for but where we were at financially and what made sense for us long term. At one point during that first call he said something that stuck with me. “Nangi You can already start thinking like you’ve bought your second home” That’s the translation of what he said in Sinhala and at the time it felt a bit surreal but also gave us a lot of confidence. Fast forward two months and here we are settling into our second home. It still feels a bit unreal writing that. What I appreciated most about Shane was how real and grounded he was throughout the whole process. No pressure, no overpromising, just honest guidance and clear advice. He made what could have been a stressful journey feel smooth and actually exciting. This is a big milestone for us.
