AAA+++ 10/10.... As a purchaser, I had exemplary service from Shane and cannot recommend him highly enough. Top notch communication and full transparency. All questions answered in a timely manner, and with excellent detail. I purchased a home through Shane June 2024, and every detail from initial contact, viewing, offer contract, negotiation and final purchase felt transparent and secure. Shane's knowledge is solid and his ability to tune into the client's requirements seems intuitive. Unfortunately possession day was challenging due to the Northland power cuts. But Shane went over and beyond to find a solution to settlement in the absence of power and computers holding up legal transactions. It was a late settlement (think dark and raining) but Shane was supportive through the whole ordeal. Just having someone empathetic and who cared made a huge difference to navigate a frustratingly long and stressful day entirely out of anyone's control. I don't see myself moving anytime soon (I found my perfect home), but if I do, I will be calling Shane first. I can't recommend Shane highly enough. Thank you!
