Shana was very polite and kind natured when we first viewed our home, she gave us the space to view the home first and then answered any questions we had - leaving us to feel confident about the house. When we left, we contacted Shana if we could come back a couple hours later with my father which Shana was very good about and opened the home back up for us engaging in renovation conversations which we related too and felt like this could really be our home. We left and later that night submitted an offer! It was so smooth and Shana was very quick and up front about the process.
