For instance, the time he worked at 10pm at night with us via video call to prep and complete our offer document for a house we were interest in, which ended up being the house in Weymouth that we purchased successfully. He is a great listener and this reflects in the Weymouth houses. It has most of the requirement that we needed and informed Shail when looking for a home i.e minimum 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, with one needing to be on the bottom floor & all rooms needing to be off a minimum specific dimension. With our experience with Shail we have noticed that his got the can do or give it a shot attitude that we like, even when it came down to negations. Shail has a very good knowledge of council rules and process which is a bonus quality to have as your agent. Being an overseas buyer wishing to migrate can be a challenge in New Zealand’s heated property market, however Shail had been very committed with us, which has led to our successfully purchases of our first home in Auckland, so commitment is nothing short off in Shail’s personality.
