When you are selling your number one asset which has been your beloved home for over 18 years, you need confidence that you are in the best hands to give you a top result. Shahi and his team Hammy and Mercedes are experts with their marketing campaign and we trusted them to get us top dollar. We were a little unsure as Huntington Park is not the area that Team Shahi usually sell in, but that did not matter at all. They really are experts at what they do and you feel they are working so hard for you like it is their own home they are selling. They explained the process so it was nice and simple and the communication and updates were excellent. We had a pre auction offer on day 10 and then two pre auction offers on day 12, one of which we accepted. On day 16 was the auction and we were lucky enough to get another $42k above the accepted pre auction offer. We could not be happier.
