Shady and Hamish supported and guided us throughout the sale of our property. They kept us informed at each stage of the campaign, explained what would happen at each stage and gave us very clear and realistic feedback after each open home, including honest feedback on pricing. Shady managed to keep us informed during the entire transaction for this property. Even when there were some tricky points in our due diligence period. Some agents would have put our questions directly in the 'too hard basket' but not Shady. He was proactive in helping us find a solution which ultimately lead to the offer becoming unconditional. We'd recommend Shady to others looking to buy or sell as he keeps both sides of the transaction updated regularly.

i have dealt with Harcourts before so i was keen to use them once again . i have never met Shady we have only talked on the phone and communicated via email. he always kept me informed and was honest about house values and advised me according to his experience and stats that he has . so that was very helpful . i would certainly recommend him to anyone.
