Reliable, experienced & great communicator

We had an amazing experience with Shaan and could not have asked for more from him during the sales process of our house. Being located overseas we were anxious as to how the process was going to go but it could not have gone more smoothly and this was due to Shaan's strong work ethic, excellent communication and negotiation skills. He was extremely reliable and very patient with us as it took several months from first having Shaan appraise the property to gaining vacant posession to getting it listed on the market for sale.
