Retirement Beachfront Paradise made easy with Selma

We weren't even looking, we already have a beautiful home at Oruawharo on the Kaipara our whanau forever home, however once I saw the photos on Trade Me that Selma posted from the deck to the water, I just knew I had to make contact with her. My first 30 secs on the phone I felt like I had known her all my life, trust me I have had many conversations with Sales people over the years so my judgement is usually pretty good. We were on the phone for over an hour that night, within a couple of hours she had sent me enough information to test the waters with my husband, he was interested but wasnt into buying a Holiday home, however by the next morning Selma had called me again this time saying hi to my husband, we ended up having a 3 way conversation. Within that first week I would say she had ticked all the boxes for the questions we had it was becoming more and more tempting. As we have our Business in Taranaki by week two I wanted to go north to look at the property, but my request was that I wanted to stay for a weekend considering we were travelling 8 hours I didnt want a quick walk about, she worked her magic and it was organised. Although she is over an hour away she meet us in town when we arrived and, she was everything we had imagined, genuine and old school. Well within a couple of weeks after that visit we brought the Beach property in Kellys Bay. What I can say is the whole process was made easy, Selma wasnt interested in selling us a house, she was passionate about selling us a home and that is what sets her apart from her competitors. I would not hesitate in using her again in the future or recommending Selma to anyone looking at selling or buying.
