Sean was efficient and a responsive communicator when we requested information. However I found his manner not very friendly and he was sometimes dismissive of our question or concerns, like he was trying to convince us the things we were requesting were not common or reasonable request. Overall fine to deal with, but wouldn't be rushing to work with him again.
