We chose Sean after seeing his success with other “as is “ properties. Further, he came with many years of experience in the building industry. We felt that this combination would suit the sale of our home of 18 years. It turns out that Sean had also lived nearby previously, so he understood the value of our suburb and the motivation for buying in this area. Sean was direct, changed our views on the sale based on his marketplace experience. There no overselling or pressure, just matter of fact engagement which we found refreshing. He was methodical and communicated fully with us despite the long days he was working. He shared his view of both the market and the type of buyers we should be looking for.
