We found Scott very positive from the very start of this process. He came in and did a market appraisal for us and the price we ended up getting was on the low end of that range, which goes to show he knows his market. We had a fairly challenging negotiation, over a week in duration and we had to give more than we wished to, Scott tolerated us venting to him about our disappointment but overall it was the right call under our circumstances. At all times Scott was very professional and upbeat. He realised there was a deal to be done and worked hard with us and the purchasers to find somewhere that we could all accept.
